At Shibui Antiques & Furniture, we take pride in the unique character of our curated pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your acquisition. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible furniture and decor.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item to begin the return process.

  Professional Assessment

  Our specialists will review your request to ensure the antique or furniture piece is in its original condition and eligible for transit back to our warehouse.

  Secure Packaging & Collection

  Carefully repack the item in its original protective materials; we will then coordinate a specialized white-glove courier to handle the delicate transport of your return.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our gallery, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
